    On April 14 at 11:21 am went in to send a package to Show Low AZ -for delivery on the 14th of April when it did not get delivered - I called the store at 1530 and to see what they were going to do about it - What I got told that that customer service was closed and they would look in it tomorrow and call me ( ********************* for *** is open 24 /t ) after serval attempts to with CSR that did not want to do there job - and every time I wanted to talked to a manger I got put in to the survey line after 3 hours of this I finally git a call from Show Low AZ *** and found out that it was in *************** and when I asked how it got there and why was I not informed i got it was not there ****** finally I got a hold of some one that stated it should be delved on the 16th ( which it was ) when I called to find out how I get my money back I got told to call the store ( here is What the Store Manger ( Maggy told me (We are understaffed and hung up on me - got a call from *** Main and got the refund taken care of ( Calling the national number for the people that handle the stores IS WORTHLESS) TAKE IT TO A DEPOT THE STORES ARE NO COVENT AND THIS ONE IF VERY RUDE - WILL NOT BE GOING BACK SINCE THEY ARE SO BUSY GOING TO LIGHTEN THE WORK LOAD YOU SHOULD TOO !!!!
