    Starting July 18 2022 I contacted ***** ******* with Gleesons Mobile Home Service to arrange repairs to cracks in the drywall of our house. On July 19 2022 ***** ******* replied that they had some jobs in Florence Gardens in the next month. And when they have a crew out there, we will schedule an appointment with you. We did not hear from Gleesons. I than E mailed ***** ******* on 9/22/2022 and he never responded. I Emailed ***** again on 11/4/2022 and 12/7/2022 with no response. I called ***** ******* on July 6 2022, December 7th December 8th with no response. On December 8th I called Gleesons and talked to ***** ******* and explained the situation with trying to get our house repaired. We agreed that it should take place after the Christmas Holidays. I called and left messages for ***** ******* on January 3rd, 9th and 10th. No one returned my calls.

    Client dropped a mobile home on 9/2/22 and crashed into a fence and caused minor damage to home (fence fixed). It sat for over a month with no work, sank almost to the ground after the rain causing damage throughout the whole home now and major settling/cracks everywhere. Only when we called to advise it was sinking did they start work. Leveled it and then waited a few more weeks with no response. MULTIPLE phone calls and nothing but excuses all the time. No communication if they are coming or even not showing up. Spending over $6,000 now in hotel/rental fees as the home was to be done in September, early October latest. Most of the work done by us and still not completed, only excuse is rain and they don't have any vendors which is not our fault, the company should have more than one. Christmas and now New years and still homeless with no calls from Gleeson. We should be reimbursed for the rental fees, for all the stress and inconvenience; and the work we've done ourselves over the last four months waiting!

    Upon purchasing a manufactured home, we were notified that Gleeson would be doing the delivery/ set up. There were unforeseen circumstances in the delivery (road construction restrictions). After waiting for a month and a half to two months, we were finally given an option to reroute the home at an additional cost. Now, the home has been on the property for about a week and a half. The excuses have started, "ground is too soft", "we're extremely busy", "it's a long distance away"' etc.
