    I searched on ****** for a shutter company for shutters in my master bed room MBR. I chose Sunburst Shutters on ****** with a 5 rating. It also had many offices in the western *************. A man and woman came representing Sunburst ************************************************ Fashions of *******. I accepted their presentation, filled out a ********** application for credit. The application required my personal information, yearly income, social security number and date of birth. The Sunburst **** stated the ********** application was giving the 30% discount. The man walked out to take a personal call and never came back. The lady left before I completed the application, before it asked for money. After completing most of the app. it asked for money. I stopped the application process. I had read in the application finance area that no money was due until the shutters were installed. The next day I called ********** to get clarification and called at least 5-6 numbers. ********** said there was no application in my name. The ********** **** asked for the application number which I could not find. I then called Sunburst at least 3 times. The answering machine answered where I left a message. It was the man's voice that came to my home saying they will call back.The calls they made to my *********** phones were removed from my phones as though they never called. My security system has no evidence that they even came to my home coming or leaving. The camera does not even show me answering the door, thus no photos of them at my door. The man was at the front door area stating he had a personal call while she was in the mbr measuring for shutters. I have no evidence of contact, no security photos of them coming or going, no application per ********** and no response from my calls. Please be careful as I do not know who has my personal information. ** she asked me to sign my name in blank spots that would be filled in on the application.
