    I ordered a product that I was unhappy with once received. I reached out to the company to initiate a return for the unopened and unused item. I wasn't attempting to return the item I had opened although their website has a satisfaction guarantee, they add in fine print that any opened product isn't eligible for return. As a result, I was only returning the unopened. From there, the company has refused to issue return instructions and does not respond to emails requesting the information needed to execute a return.

    Company stated I signed up for auto ship for their product. I did NOT! I did purchase the product in May and I contacted them as I was allergic to the product and they refunded my money in full. They charged my credit card $42.39 for an auto ship I did not approve.I contacted my credit card company and they said I didnt have enough detail, so they didnt credit my card back. I sent this product back immediately when I received it as well. I am a senior and need my money back. I contacted the company many times and told them I did not receive credit from my credit card company and they did receive a letter from them as well stating it was closed and no money was credited. This company is toying with me a really awful!! Again, I have sent numerous emails pleading with them to credit my card and no response. They have had the product back unused for quite some time. They also stated if I can prove I didnt get credit back they would credit my card. I am really tired of dealing with this and need help please. I greatly appreciate it!!

    Business is misleading consumers with deceptive marketing, giving claims and percentages on hair growth, and percentages of staying power, with no evidence to back up the claims. Ingredients contain beeswax. The product claims to be vegan. Having beeswax in the product makes it not vegan. Product is also not sephora clean, as claimed. The aluminum hydroxide, Acrylates, make it unable to be sephora clean. Eyeshadows claim to be made with the cleanest ingredients. The first ingredient is talc. Talc can be contaminated with asbestos fibers, posing risks for respiratory toxicity and cancer. - EWG This is on their own website and also on their retailers listings.
