    I was told numerous times, they would repair my roof, so far, they have done nothing, it's been 4 months now, and my roof is still leaking.All I want is you to fix the roof like you said you would, I pay my rent on time every month, at least you can do is repair what I live in

    We are a manufactured home community; our residents purchase their homes and lease the land.

    Since residents own their homes and do not rent from us, we are not responsible for repairs on home owners homes.

    It is the owners responsibility to carry homeowners insurance and make their own repairs on their homes, we only lease the land and lot rent is paid not home rent.

    All residents are required to carry insurance on their homes and all homes are owner occupied.

     then why did you say you would fix it when i spoke with you in person?

     

    i dont like being lied to

    what you stated is a outright lie, you stated when i moved in, you would fix any issues, and that was part of the agreement we had
