    I retired and .moved in to Desert Valley Oasis park in 2018. when ******************* managed the park. Today it has new owners Bridge WFII AZ DVO. The ********** manager *********************** I explained my situation to him; I get my Social Security check on the 3rd Wednesday of ea. month and had been paying this way for 5 yrs.. He said that everyone will be paying rent on the first of ea. month. I didn't receive a bill for the month of July. **************** said to "just pay what you paid last month". On July 20th I paid $700 .Later that week I went back in to the office to ask **************** to put it in writing "just pay what you paid last month" .he said NO! I said you wont? He said NO.August 4th fifteen days later I went in to office to pay rent (I again did not receive a bill) I asked if he had a bill for me ? He handed me a bill and said "I will not take partial payments" " It must be full amount" I looked at the bill= balance due $1646.64. WHAT IS THIS I said "If you don't have the full balance then I wont except partial payment. So now I will have late charges .This is the problem I have with this new management I told **************** this is fraud and harassment. " I do not owe this money to you or anyone else" . He told me ******************* said I owe this amount. Why would he be collecting money he knows nothing about. long story short; On 3/9/2023 COTTENWOOD HEIGHTS MHC LLC DBA DVO filed eviction on me it went to trial In ************* the ***************************************** Dismissed it without prejudice. I have prof of all of this. Meaning they had no reason to take me to court. Now it is harassment.
