    SLUM LORD OF. 20 YEARS **** J (OWNER) fraudulently received ERAP on my behalf for months we already paid. **** and her employee ****** R AKA "homewrecker" fabricated a lease and submitted on our behalf. There's over $10,000 unaccounted for. I have my bank statements and receipts and the fake lease. ****** also unlawfully entered thru our back door with office keys without announcing herself or food reason when we had COVID and did not answer front door while sleeping.

    I stayed there for march23,2024 to April 1,2024 and gave the owner ******* and they said no refunds I have receipts.

    my mom is work for these people for four and a half years and they have done it wrong the whole time she lived on property still had to pay full price for her room which was way too much for the quality there was roaches everywhere black mold bed bugs on all four other properties and had to do things that she shouldn't have had to do like clean up after somebody committing suicide or a room covered in human f**** my mom had found out she had cirrhosis of the liver and got real sick and still tried to work she then presented them with doctor's notes saying that she could not work but she still tried anyways so she could keep her place to stay then it got worse then they started keeping her checks not just a portion but the whole thing to where she could not even pay for her prescriptions that she needed to take to help better herself or she got worse and extremely sick on your death bed witch is her current state and they still tried to have her work but she's to the point where she can't work she still tried and made it worse well she recently got served eviction papers after all she has done for this place and they have no remorse so now she's homeless sick and have no place to go and I just think it's wrong how could they do something like that to somebody that has been so loyal to them for the past four and a half years and I just want everybody to be aware what kind of people run these places even though they shouldn't even be on property and I think they should be held accountable for all that my mom is suffering because it's more than likely from the stuff she had to do like clean up human s*** clean up after suicides in black mold and bed bugs she has given more than she can ask her health included and they just throw her to the curb with no remorse and then never paid her all of her hours and just kept her last five paychecks so can't really put a price on it honestly

    I paid $595.00 to the miles hotel to rent a room for a week. We opened the door to find roaches everywhere. At least 50 of them. Contacted the manager and they gave us keys to another room. Same thing roaches everywhere. They gave us keys to a 3rd room. Roaches thriving. Told manager we decided to stay somewhere else. They kept $143.00 and said they had to check the rooms since we were in them. We were only in the room for 2 or 3 minutes before walking out. They acted like roaches are just part of staying in a motel and we were being difficult. It was not just one or two roaches. It was infested. They were everywhere. Little tiny baby roaches and adult ones. Behind the fridge they were so thick you could not see the floor. Then the lady makes a photo copy of my credit card and said she needed it so the office knew what she was doing. That's a lie. She owns the hotel. The place is a health risk to anyone who stays there. I would like all of my money refunded. They should not be trying to rent out rooms where the roaches are on every wall the floor and in every drawer. It was disgusting. The manager knows about the problem and still tries to rent those rooms out anyways. This is the worst ***** infestation I have ever seen in my life. What do I do to get my money back. We were in the rooms for a total of 3 to five minutes and they said they are charging us for losing the rent on 3 rooms. They can't rent those out it's unsanitary.

    Mr an **************************, you should be ASHAMED to be owners of this Motel. This Motel needs to be CONDEMNED. I paid 798$ for this, 7 days in this place, i want my money back. The mattresses are disgusting, holes in walls, 1 burner on the stove works, bed bug blood marks on curtains, an matresses along with Pee stains. The ** is so small, an only 4 channels. Its supposed to be Free Wifi an cable, not a chance. The ceiling fan is about to fall along with the rooms upstairs, the ceiling isnt gonna hold much longer. In the bathroom, above the shower head, is a water pocket ready to burst anyday, outlets are so filthy, you cant plug anything in, an most of them dont work. Huge roaches crawling around, i know there are bed bugs here, but i sprayed everything in this room before i brought my stuff in. I even cleaned the doors cuz they were gross. Man Covid is loving this place. Housekeeping dont even come around, i had to go get a change of sheets from the office. The *** filters are SICKNING. Drug dealers outside the doors, DOG S*** everywhere. Pets travel with their owners, but the ow ers should be held accountable for any p*** out there, maybe they will start cleaning up after their dogs. I have pictures of everything mentioned in this complaint. IT SHOULD BE A MANDATORY LAW, ***S SHOULD HAVE ZIPPERED MATRESS COVERED ON TOP MATTRESS AN BOX SPRINGS. THAT WILL STOP THE *** BUG PROBLEM AN SPRAYED. I CAN SAY, I WILL NEVER TELL PEOPLE TO STAY HERE. IT NEEDS SHUTDOWN AN IF YOU WANT TO REOPEN, IT NEEDS REMODELED. I AM SICKENED THAT I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS DUMP. NO ** THAT WORKS RIGHT, NO WIFI,. EVERYTHING I BROUGHT INTO THIS ROOM IS IN TOTES AN THICK BLACK BAGS, I DONT WANT YOUR BUGS GOING WITH ME. SHAME ON YOU 2 FOR YOUR GREEDYNESS. IF YOU CARED ABOUT YOUR TENANTS, THIS WOULD BE A NICE PLACE. I HOPE YOU CONSIDER GIVING ME HALF MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO ELSEWHERE. PLEASE COVER THE MATTRESSES
