Refund and Exchange Policy

Customers should first direct grievances to 5 Star. 

Details of the grievance should be reported on the reverse of the original inventory sheet. 

Claims may be filed by customers up to nine (9) months after delivery date. 

Customer grievances will be expedited through 5 Star channels. 

5 Star will respond to customer claims within thirty (30) days of receipt of the claim. Our aim is to resolve any claims arising well within this period.

5 Star will reply to the claim with a settlement offer or a denial of claim within one-hundred twenty (120) days of receipt of the claim. 

If customer is not satisfied by the response by 5 Star, 5 Star will abide by rulings of the dispute resolution section of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. 

5 Star will provide contact information for some regulatory bodies in the company’s area of operations.
