    Sent a deposit on January 31 for a violinist to play at my wedding on 11/2.Violinist was contracted to play for 2 hours from 4pm- 6pm and to play 3 specific songs and 1 genre. She refused to start at 4, ended at 539. refused and did not know how to play the 3 requested songs. She brought her baby the wedding who cried during our vows. Was yelling at her husband inside the venue during the ceremony. I contacted ****, the founder and director of serenade events and has ghosted me completely.

    My Wedding was in ********* but serve **********, *******, *********, *****, ******* ********, ****, ********** **** ******, founder and director, was communicative till the day of my wedding until after with all the issues that happened that day!We had a contract for a violinist to play for 2 hours, play 3 specific songs and r&b songs during cocktail hour. First issue - lady brought her kid and husband. While we do love kids, our wedding was a no kid wedding. The kid cried during our vows and my entire family was wondering whose baby was crying when there were no kids that came? On top of that violinist was constantly yelling at her husband during the ceremony. The baby was running around as well. Second- the lady didnt bring the right equipment that we could barely be hear her play.Third- our ceremony started at 4 and was contracted to play from 4:00-6:00. At 4:00, instead of playing music, she was the wedding coordinator where she could get food from and refused to play entirely until 4:30.4:30 came and she didnt even know how to play the contracted song birds of a feather even tho **** said the violinist would be able to. All my guests knew the song was off key and off the entire time. the second song was make you feel my love and I couldnt even tell it was the song cause according to my wedding coordinator, she didnt know the song and was practicing prior. The exiting song, she refused to play as well even tho my wedding coordinator was constantly telling her its in the contract. She refused and sat in the office the entire time and the ** played instead. Come to cocktail hour, lady is still refusing to play. not playing r&b and keeps leaving cocktail. Only to find out she left at 539. I have reached out to **** multiple times and has not responded to any of my emails but blocked me on every social media platform after posting my review to spread awareness. Search them up on wedding wire and the knot and youll read all the horror reviews!!

    HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I dont even know why they exist. **** was great at communication prior to my wedding up until I complained about all the issues we had during our wedding. After reading all these reviews, doesnt seem like its surprise that he will no longer back to you. I am now on a mission to ruin their reputation and get my money back for service that was paid for during my wedding that was not delivered. The violist arrived with her baby and her husband. The violist did not play for 2 hours we booked her for. She refused to play the music we requested and on top of that, her baby cried during our ceremony when there were no kids allowed? She played for probably an hour and at that, still asked for a break and refused to play when that was her job? I will be disputing this payment through my ********** if I do not hear back from ****. I also will be leaving reviews anywhere I can.
