    This appears to be a bit of a giveaway scam. Clearly they simply buy their merchandise per order and stamp their ugly logo on it. Ordered a shirt, took a month to receive it and I live one state over. The material is cheap but they over charge. I emailed them multiple times with no response. They blocked me from ******** since I left one negative review...stay clear of these guys.

    It saddens me that I have to even give this company one star. Theyre not even worthy of that. After placing an order three weeks ago, I still havent received any tracking information or any replys to multiple emails Ive sent their help line. This company is a scam and Id advise everyone interested in ordering something to refrain themselves from doing so. After reading many reviews clearly this is an ongoing issue and I believe it needs to be looked into more thoroughly from local authorities or someone in power. Enthuzst is clearly not responsible enough to handle its business properly since theyve received an F grading from the BBB. Do not order from this company unless you enjoy losing money.

    I ordered a knife and going on 2 and a half months now and no knife, this company is a bunch of crooks and I hope that they get what is coming to them, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am out 40 bucks and not a refund in sight

    Be weary of purchasing from Enthuzst Apparel. They shipped my order a month and a half after I ordered it, so that it would arrive after the giveaway ended, which disqualified my order from being able to be returned. The quality of the shirts I got were poor. Thin shirts with a blurry imprint. I left a comment on their ******** page, they blocked me. And the are not publishing my reviews on their page, probably because it is not favorable to them. They are a SCAM charging $40 for cheaply made t-shirts and mailing them out, so you cannot return them. AWFUL!

    I ordered a shirt from this company. After a couple weeks of not receiving I sent a follow up email in which I was informed they had 30 days to fulfill my order. A couple weeks later, the shop app changed my order status to delivered so I reached back out asking for proof of delivery as I have never received. They told me they were very busy and I would get my shirt but it still wasn't 30 business days. Now 43 days later their response is the have no cancel or refund policy. I have reported fraud to both the *** and my bank.

    It is my impression that this company is a complete scam. I ordered a key chain in June 2024 and a pair of gloves in July 2024. As of August 20th I have not received my orders and the company refuses to provide refunds.

    This company is a **** i ordered a shirt and coffee back on April 5th 2024 and paid in full and they never sent me my items! I contacted them multiple times through email and got a completely different excuse each time. I was told they had a computer issue, I was told that they are overwhelmed with orders, I was told they were sorry and are trying their hardest, I was told that the person writing the email was personally seeing to it that my order was being package and shipped and that was a complete lie. Now they wont even respond to my emails or social media and its now August. Ive never been treated so poorly in customer service. To make matters worse I get constant emails prompting there next giveaway that I unsubscribed from many times yet they send 3 more in its place. This company needs shut down.

    As with the other reviews here, I ordered something for my husband, the giveaway potentially being a bonus to the order. Its been over a month and a half and still the order hasnt been shipped. Support has claimed they are on it, but refuse to give a refund on the order. An absolute SCAM.

    This company runs these ads on ******** FILTERS OUT all the BAD reviews on their business model, DOES NOT send customers their products after they enter their giveaways and STEALS THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! I commented on their ******** about not receiving my order, and I emailed them, THEY BLOCKED ME!!! I ORDERED ON JUNE 19!!! Some people ordered in APRIL and still HAVE NOT received their products!!!!

    I entered a giveaway where you get more entries when you purchase merchandise. This was on May 7th. It is now August 2nd and I have not received anything but a couple lies from their "support" staff. Twice they said they have manually reprocessed my order and that I would see it th e following week and nothing was sent. Its a scam. Stay away people don't spend your hard earned money on these scammers.
