    Good morning, ** creating this post to inform our community about a painter that has been advertising in our community. This guys name is ***. I would highly encourage anyone NOT to use this guy. He was extremely disrespectful to my tenant occupying my residence on ******* St. We made an agreement for him to paint my home and he said it would take 4 days and his price was $500.00 higher than the 3 other quotes I got to paint the house. He also was very non-communicative and called 24hrs before he was supposed to start the job and told me he cant start it for another week. He wanted to come power wash the house and then come back two days later to start prepping the house and then he said it would take him 6-7 days to complete the job. This guy is a complete flake, extremely disrespectful and had zero communication. Just wanted to make our community aware if they choose to pay his high prices and do business with him. Below is a picture of the sign he is posting in our community. Beware!

    Val-U-Quality painting completed painting my home and did an exceptional job. I received a fair and timely estimate, he started the job on time and completed on time. His work is nothing short of amazing. He has painted several homes in our neighborhood and has 40 years of experience. I would highly recommend this painting company.
