    Team came in early and knocked out the finished product in great time. Compliments have been coming in about the improvement to the space and instead of feeling more enclosed with the cover it actually feels more open and inviting

    Royal Covers has done an excellent job on installing a large pergola at our house. They were extremely well organized and completed the job in record time. They were also very diligent and ensured that everything was absolutely perfect. When they noticed that one of the pieces of the pergola was scratched, they immediately ordered a new piece and and installed it within a couple of days. Very reliable company and I highly recommend them.

    Everyone I spoke with - ****, *****, *********************************** (he said they call him that because he climbs up on the roof through small openings) were very kind, professional, and helpful. I really like how the project turned out. I highly recommend them.

    Our home is contemporary and we struggled to find the right pergola that would fit in with our architecture. We spoke with many companies and looked at lots of products then we read the reviews for Royal Covers and saw the Equinox line. ***** came out, was so knowledgeable and when he left, provided us with renderings and a full quote. He gave us confidence no other vendor had and we couldnt be happier. The installation went as planned. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up the job site after, were polite and helpful. Everyone clearly loved working for Royal Covers and delivered incredible customer service in addition to a beautiful pergola. This is a very well-run company with great products, workmanship, and service.

    We couldnt be happier. The product is true quality but the best thing about them is their people. From the salesman *****, the chief installer *******, the field superintendent ******* to the owner ******. With staff like these guys its no wonder they are so successful and all praise is richly deserved.

    I had my wood pergola replaced by Royal Covers with an Alumawood cover. From the time the sales rep came out, until the pergola was completed, it was under three weeks. ***** the sales rep was wonderful. It was a complicated structure since the original pergola had beams attached to my house and electrical on it, but they made everything look much better than before. All the workers and the electrician were very kind and made sure I was happy with how everything looked. I would definitely recommend Royal Covers.
