  This gym is great if you don't want the big, over crowded, terrifying vibe of not knowing what to do or where to start! The trainers are down to earth, kind and very approachable! They, especially the AM trainers, are always willing to step in and help and/offer their professional opinions and assistance! I highly recommend this gym if you want comfort and results!

  If you are looking for a truly individualized approach to meeting all your fitness goals, this gym is for you. No matter what your age or fitness level, the trainers here will design a program just for you, taking into consideration your goals, your limitations, your experiences. It is a small gym but delivers in a big way. The owner is always introducing new programs and fitness challenges. You can choose to use the gym on your own or work with a trainer one on one. You can also choose to exercise at home, with a trainer coaching you through your entire workout via Skype or other similar method.I have been a member for over 6 years and rarely have I missed a workout. My trainer designs interesting workouts that keeps me motivated and accountable. I have had a number of physical limitations (shoulders, knees, back) but modifications were always made to accommodate them. The exercises in my workouts actually serve to improve my issues which has significantly decreased visits to a doctor and/or physical therapist.I highly reccommend this gym.

  This smaller gym treats you like family. They are dedicated to giving you the tools you need to get you to your goals.

  My experience with ****** is one I wish I can forget! After reading a review on here about ****, I am shocked that it's not just me that he is walking over but this is rather one of his schemes. I wonder how guys like him sleep at night knowing that they are robbing people blindly and arrogantly. After signing up for a "free class" that was advertised on a fb ad; I quickly found myself in a trap. My hopes were to use the free class to get motivated and maybe learn something new about form and get some advice on my workout routine. Unfortunately, **** took advantage of my soft personality and talked me into applying for membership. From that moment onward I have felt extreme anxiety and fear every time I think about ******. I sat there trying to explain why I don't want to sign up and shared my concerns but after more persistence from ****, I felt obligated to sign up. Thinking I can just cancel after my first month. If only I knew what I was getting myself into. Before my next visit, I reached out to **** with concerns and made the mistake of being vulnerable. I expressed to him my financial struggles and the inconvenience of the location too. It's very overpriced for a college student, not to mention a 40+min commute for a 30min workout! Even a 10yo kid knows that that doesn't add up.Furthermore, I continue to plead my case to **** and his response "I'll see what I can do" / "We'll figure it out." only to not do anything about it. The most I got out of him was a 30-day hold on my account. I canceled my debit card to stop payments then the next time I went to use up the last of my workouts, I saw ******* felt bad so I gave him my credit card. I just can't seem to get out of this miserable loop. He is a fraud and he is totally careless about it. I don't know what to do anymore, do I continue to go and be miserable about it and fake a smile or do I just not go cancel my payment and ghost him? Either way I feel bad. Ultimately I just want him to be found out!
