  We have used Convenient Termite and Pest Control for over twenty years, their company goes above and beyond. The staff whether it be *******, the owner, ****, *****, or *** the service has been outstanding. No matter the issue or concern the response time has been fantastic whether it be the office staff that schedules or the staff in the field you will be extremely satisfied. They are welcome on our property and in our home and we have referred them time and again. Give them a call you wont be sorry

  Really happy with this company over the years, from the time of termite "diagnosis" (when treatment was started), until selling the house years later. It was always easy to schedule. ******* was always extremely thorough in looking for signs of termites, explaining what he was doing, and explaining what treatments were needed either for active termites or prevention. Unlike a reviewer below, I felt totally safe whenever ******* did the yearly walk-through to look for termite activity, or when he came to inspect for new termite activity. The thorough inspection throughout the house, including in closets and cupboards, etc., was necessary, as it is the only to find signs of new activity that need treatment. My understanding is that, once termites are there, it is not easy to get rid of them completely (they tend to come back, regardless) but the point is to keep them under control. I feel this company did that very effectively.

  I"ve been using these guys for about 4 years now, and I'm very pleased. The techs are always polite and well informed, and a pleasure to work with. They give a 2-hour range when they will be here, and I don't recall a time when they came outside of that window.I highly recommend their services.

  If you are seeking pest or termite control in the Valley, take your business elsewhere! I personally met the owner of this company today, *******. He showed up at my house unexpectedly outside of the scheduled time window. Luckily, I was home. The issue was in my backyard. ******* agreed there were termites in the back patio but would not treat because the termites were not in the house. He then proceeded to let himself into the home and looked in every room/closet without permission/consent. In addition to, ******* was hostile and condescending when any question was asked. I did not feel safe or comfortable, nor was the issue inside the home. If you are a vulnerable individual (i.e. single woman or disabled) I would never use this company. Patricks dementor is aggressive and he feels entitled enough to enter and search your home without permission. The home has been treated for termites by **************** 3 times, 2 of which were in the last 2 years. His products do not work.
