    I ask this business to please stop pestering and harassing me. I do not want any of their services. Instead of complying, this company is sending their technicians to my house without my permission and at ****** times and sending me invoices when my doors and gates of the house are all shut and no service can be perfomed. If this is not abuse, what is?I just want this business to never come near my house or send me random invoices. I do not want to do any business with them in the future because of their predatory behavior. They are abusive. In the beginning, i just wanted to suspend the services temporarily but after seeing how predatory their behavior is, I do not want them ever contact me again via text / email / in person visits.

    For the last several months this company has been sending its door to door solicitors into our gated private community, which is wholly private property of all the residents of said community. Both the front and back gates have no trespassing signs clearly posted. I have informed these sales associates several times this is a non soliciting community and they are trespassing. On Saturday, January 25th, 2025, between the hours of 1:00PM and 5:30PM EcoGuard sales associates entered our community. I approached them on our private streets, the first time, around 1:30 PM, informed them they were trespassing, and asked them to leave. They became hostile and argued with me on the legality of our private community etc. They also commented on my private property in my driveway making me feel "targeted" and uncomfortable. At around 5:00 PM the associates entered again, but this time the "shop owner" or team lead as he described himself was present. I once again calmy approached, informed them this was the second time they were trespassing and to leave. They once again argued with me, turned their back on me and knocked on my neighbors door. My neighbor had to come and out explain to them the same thing. They are trespassing and they need to leave. The associates continued to argue with us again commenting on our vehicles in the driveway and telling us to "go ahead, call the cops". We told them we are filing a BBB complaint and will file a police report with the Mesa P.D. if they trespass into this community again.

    EcoGuard put through a charge to my credit card that I did not authorize.

    We responded to this customers email.  She was expecting follow up services for free which we don't do- it is very clear from the initial rodent inspection service that follow *** do occur and we must charge for our time and products used.

     EcoGuard is saying that a follow-up service is required and that there is a charge for it.  This was never explained to me!  I did not request their follow-up.  I did not want them to "walk the property" or refill traps.  I made it clear to them that I simply wanted them to check their locked bait station which they left during their over-priced inspection.
