    I am very impressed with ***** at pro best! In this world of instant gratification, he called me back within 10 minutes after I sent a text. He's very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience, and it was obvious that I could trust him to resolve my ant issue. Professional and knowledgeable in his field.     Very happy with the retreatment done by *******. Found termites while remodeling master bathroom. ******* in the office was able to schedule the treatment so not to interfere with the construction crew. Thank You for being so considerate and thorough.

    Service tech arrived as scheduled. He located area in need of treatment. He was very good and spend considerable time finding the best way to access area and apply treatment. He did a very thorough inspection of entire interior and exterior. We were very pleased with his service and would recommend him to others.

    Thank you, I know we need to come back. The termite issue was a room backing into the garage and the water heater was on a built in box (drywall and plywood) which we need to open to get access to I suspect the water line. Thanks again
