    This company was hired by my rental property management company to install spikes on the rooftop of my rental property to deter pigeons activity. Pictures of the issue as well as the scope of work were clearly documented. A record is created in my rental property managements service request portal. The company did not perform what was described on the scope of work, overcharged and never responded after my complaint. I gave them a week to correct the issue and let them know that i would report to the BBB should a correction not be made. What week has gone by and I never heard from them. They have poor ratings on ****** reviews and unfortunately its a company that my property management company selected. I would never select this business.

    This can be closed out now. I worked it out with my HOA who has addressed the issue. No further action is required from BBB at this time.
