    Your customer support at store 7646 with general manager is terrible. You charged me extra from an online order when I came in to pick up for website mistake, online order charged me a certain amount and when i went into store they added a few dollars. He didn't fix it, he also said he was too busy and hung up on my wife. Terrible customer service from the general manager ***********************. He should be replaced for what he did and not fixing a $2 mistake by your company. I will never go back to that store as long as he is working there and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well. Very irritating being hung up on and not handling this matter in a professional way. Also my wife emailed and called and left message on phone about this with headquarters and ***** has gotten back to her. Case I'd: ******* on may 6th never responded to us.
