  Dont trust them. They tried to milk the insurance company and they didnt allow it. After negotiating for like 3 months they decided on a price. The check mailed to us the amount agreed by them and our amount left for our repairs. The check also included the mortgage company, to speed up the process they convinced me to sign the check over to them and once cleared they would send the remaining balance to make the repairs. *****, after weeks of waiting they said there was a remaining balance because the insurance didnt give into their greedy ways. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

  Master Rooter will "take everything" they can from you. BEWARE You get what you pay for, I have been dealing with this *** for 1 year and 9 months. Expecting THEIR advise too fix the smell coming from my bathroom drains. They have torn up my bathroom twice, jack hammering concrete to get at a drain issue they didn't find before the project started. The "owner" has now began to ignore my request/texts to repair a door that was damaged "in the past month" during the last time they demoed my bathroom.There are not enough characters in this space to go into ALL of the actions this company has taken in the last 1 year and 9 months, to remedy the smell emitted from the bathroom drains. I have become mentally and physically ill over all of this. If I can help one person from using Master Rooter then I feel this complaint is well worth it!

  I can't rave enough about this company and it's employees. ***** was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. They truly care and aren't out to s**** you. I'm so thankful to them for their service. You truly can not go wrong calling this company.

  Master Rooter came out, they were expensive, but my mother trusted the representative. Master Rooter called a third party out, Copper State, to take support remediation. After the repairs were complete and my mother paid the amount $14,000 bill, she then received an additional bill from Copper State for over $6,000. She never received a quote from Copper State. Now we have to hire a lawyer to fight both companies. This is elder abuse and they are both in on it.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND Master Rooter ! I had shopped around with 4 different plumbing companies for some plumbing work I needed done. After careful consideration I chose to go with Master Rooter. I paid them $1050.00 to hydro jet all my lines to help determine what I needed to have done. The tech left and was supposed to send a quote for the repairs. For the next 3 weeks I texted the technician a number of times, emailed the office and called the office requesting that the quote be sent over so I could get scheduled for the repairs. 3 and a half weeks later my plumbing issue became urgent and I was forced to call out another company. After their free camera inspection they were able to verify the repairs that needed to be done and said they saw no evidence that ******* was even done in the bathroom at all and that the laundry line looked like something had went through but didnt appear to have been jetted. I was able to get a quote from them within 15 minutes of him leaving my house and was able to get the repairs done the very next day. Master Rooter eventually sent their quote which was $1300 more than what I paid with the new company to fix my bathroom line and $3,900 more to fix my laundry line. Not happy with Master Rooter at all. The company I ended up using and highly recommend is Gorge ******! I cant speak highly enough of their customer service and professionalism. I wish I would have gone with them as my first choice and saved myself $1050!
