    I made a claim with my #Warranty company because my hot water tank was leaking. They are assigned me to a company which happens to be summit plumbing pros LLC.They came out to my house. The technician said I needed a new hot water tank. But there will be some cost out pocket. ******** company doesnt cover everything. He submitted a claim and told me to wait until they call **** called ****************************. They explained whats cover.I called the technician back. I told him not to do anything because I dont want to pay $726, he said OK. Give us a call if you change your mind.I asked him for help to close my garage door. While my garage door is closing, he started walking back in my garage. Suddenly, all I hear is something is getting cut. I called him back and asked him what are you doing? He told me he was cutting the sticker off to replace my hot water tank. I told him not to do that. He said it will save me a trip.I wasn't not about hitting them. After he left. I got two different companies that came out my house and I was told the hot water tank does not need to be replaced . all I needed to replace that hose on top of the hot water tank but my water tank is cut. I am forced to change my hot water tank.I called Summit plumbing pros and asked. why did you cut my hot water tank? The lady on the phone said shes not sure. Usually we dont cut anything. The sticker comes right off. The asked for pictures. After sending the pictures via email and manager called me back.basically the told me to either Ill pay the $600 after a 126$ discount or to call My home #Warranty and ask him to send a different company out. The last thing she told me was just replace the hoes on top and you will be fine.I told her thats not safe. She aid she can guarantee my safety. She was even willing to sign a paper guarantee the safety of my family and my ********* is this fair!? I understand sales and everyone needs to make money. *** help

    The valve in the bathroom needs to be repaired. I paid them half the money which is over $400.00.They couldnt turn off the water and they said they would return once we figured that out. We figured out how to turn off the water.Now, Ive called and emailed them to return and complete the job. They are ignoring me after taking my money.**, from Summit, whos number is ************** wont return my calls and the main appointment numbers mailbox is full. I hope they havent skipped town and Im out my money.Please help!!!

    the phone number you provided is a personal line that I do not use for work so I apologize for that.

     

    the main line should have been answered . Not sure exactly what happened so again I apologize for that. I know someone did reach out to you and we figured everything out so I apologize for the previous inconvenience. There should have been better communication and we are working on getting properly staffed to manage all of that.
