  I had this company come to my house to replace a hot water tank through my home warranty company. The home warranty approved the replacement of the tank and basic labor. I received A quote from Desert Rain on charges that would not be covered for over eight hundred dollars. They kept using the term modifications and when asked what modifications were being done they could not tell me. My house was built brand new in twenty fifteen. I highly recommend finding another company to use, they appear to be scamming people out of their hard earned money. The money they are charging me is more than a brand new hot water tank. Please find someone else to do your repairs. ??

  Wish there was a 0 star option. Save the stress and use a different plumber, there's literally no worse company in *******. When addressing the service manager about a misdiagnosis that caused a home warranty claim to get denied... his only solution is to refund the diagnosis fee, say he looks forward to a contractors board complaint, and hangs up in your face. BBB folks beware, this is a major headache waiting to happen.

  If I could give a zero, I would. Summary, incompetent & money grabbing. First technician showed up & talked to my husband saying the pilot would be replaced. I got an email to confirm the order thinking it was true to what was discussed with my husband. But no, they added in the gas valve, which my husband wasnt happy about after it was all done. It didnt make sense to change out the gas valve first as it lit but just wouldnt stay on. & the second guy that came out to do the valve ended up banging & denting up the tank in the process! It took him two hours to do it when he said it shouldve only taken half an hour. He said he was overheated and just kept saying over and over that he couldnt think. Apparently, at one point he had called in for backup. Im ****** off that this guy was working on my tank while he clearly couldnt think right. It ended up not turning back on not long after he left. Second time. I asked for a new tech as the guy seemed to not really know what he was doing. The lady over the phone refused. So he came back to fiddle around & say its a lost cause. That they only repair one item & then replace the entire thing. This heating tank is only 2 1/2 years old! Its still under warranty! Get the parts &fix it! He continued these outlandish claims like it could be refurbished. It clearly wasnt from the dates on *********** no such thing. Im not paying for a new tank when its not necessary. Desert Rain is just inexperienced & not wanting to fix it. AOSmith (water heater) sent us the parts necessary saying that it WILL be fixed with one of them. They said if we continued with Desert Rain, which she didnt recommend, whomever they sent out could always call them to troubleshoot & also go through the list of possibilities. *************************************** both clearly stated that Desert Rain Plumbing had no clue how to do this. & it was really messed up that they were only willing to replace and not fix. ********************* fixed it in 30 minutes.

  worst company take your claim from insurance company. they came and inspect my claim and its been 7 days hasn't submitted my claim to insurance company. my faucets are shut off due to water leak. i am going through so my mental stress right now.

  This company is the worst. I got lied to and after weeks, still have a broken toilet. The promise they are coming that day but they no showed me three times ..so far. The customer service is terrible. They do not seem to care that they have put me off for weeks. Empty promises ! Do not use this company. I still do not have the toilet working and it has been 3 weeks. I am glad I have two bathrooms. I paid my deductible and have nothing to show for it but a broken toilet.

  Hi *****, we are sorry that you've had a negative experience. Unfortunately, we only have 3 appointments in our records, and our technician was on site for all three of them, so we don't know who that other company was. We received a work order from Choice Home Warranty to service your toilet and our first visit was September ************************************************** the toilet. We received a recall from Choice one week later and after visiting again, we submitted a request to Choice for them to authorize us to rebuild the toilet. This request was approved in full after Choice took some time deliberating on their decision and we were scheduled to make the repairs on September 26 but when our technician arrived, nobody answered the door. Our technician noticed that there were a couple of other business cards in the door when he left one of ours as well. We wish you all the best and good luck with any other service providers that Choice Home Warranty sends to you.

  very poor customer service, scheduled time went by so i called, let me hang thru ***************************************************** the run around when we'd already lost 6 hrs of work time waiting for them. Recommended to Home warranty of America that they Not deal thru this company ever again.
