    Absolutely terrible service. No Limit built our pool. Throughout the process there was a lack of communication. They attempted to charge us more for a hard dig when their contract stated we would be notified if this was the case on the day of the dig and never were (we have cameras on the property and know it wasnt). They forgot to build our gas fire pit then made excuses when we informed them and they told us it was our fault. They hold the crown for we were not told or we dont remember that type of excuses. Their number 2 guy at the company is very knowledgeable but also absolutely rude. Once the pool was completed we continued to use them for weekly pool service, huge mistake, but we had limited options at the time. We had numerous warranty issues that were ignored for over a year and when I threatened BBB complaints they came out the very next day to fix everything. We finally found a good pool service company so we gave them notice midway through June. They did not show up for service the next two weeks and our pool turned green and tadpoles hatched even though they were paid for the full month. If you need a pool construction, renovation, or service company do not use them. Their lifetime warranty will mean nothing when they go out of business treating customers this way.

    ***********************,Today a service technician came to service the pool of the air b&b we are staying at in *******. He showed up on a Columbus Day at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced. His name ***** was extremely rude, condescending and outright an embarrassment to your company.I have never felt the need to post a negative review of a company until today. He yelled at my wife as she kindly asked how long he would take. Our friends visiting from ****** and 8 kids in the pool all had to get out now he demanded! ***** rudely talked down to the kids and my wife. He then continued to accost everyone numerous times for how unknowledgeable we were for heating the spa and now the pool would turn green if he didnt do his service immediately. Our friends and family could all not believe this guy! After staying here the past 6 weeks the pool has been great and it hasnt turned green. ***** has placed first for the worst customer service from a company this decade!
