    I purchased two sweatshirts from the official Taylor Swift merch store on on October 26, 2023. At the time of sale and on my order confirmation email, it said the merchandise was expected to ship on November 30. At some point they changed the estimated shipping date to December 29th on the website without any notice. I still have not received the items and it is January 27th. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times to get my money back, and they keep giving me the run around. At this point it is stealing as each customer service rep I talk to tells me something different. My order number is: #***********

    On 8/10/23 I pre-ordered a Taylor Swift CD from the Taylor Nation official store. The package was shipped 10/23, and was said to be delivered 10/30. However my package never arrived at my house. When I reached out to the company on 11/1 they informed me there was a shipping error, and asked that I confirm my shipping address. After I responded to the email, they said they would ship the package again once it made it back to the warehouse. For a second time, they emailed that the package was out for a delivery. Except the shipping address was wrong, again, even after I confirmed the correct address. I informed them the address was incorrect again, and was told that there was nothing they could do and to contact my local postal service.
