    I AM REQUESTING THE owner of A&J PROPERTIES FOUR LLC call me at ************. No text messages or emails. I am very upset and have been harassed and threatened by the REGIONAL MANAGER ********************************* of *****************************. She has sent me a CEASE & DESIST letter threatening to File an unlawful eviction by attempting to circumvent the Landlord Tenant Laws in the *********** by stating she would file a restraining order and an eviction. She has made false statements about me in a CEASE & DESIST LETTER putting your LLC at risk for liability. She refuses to sit down and be reasonable and is attempting to retaliate against me due to my income disability and my formal complaints against SANTA **** RIVER APTS to the ************** *************** requesting a full and complete building inspection, The ******************************* which found 2 violations including no HANDICAP SIGN & A broken down concrete fence. The parking lot is dirty/dumpsterThe handicap sign has been missing since I moved in. I have left 16 messages forNORTHsince FEB of this year and get NO RESP we do not call tenants back. I have asked for a MOLD inspection and she has refused to hire a company to see If mold is present or not. I am not a mold inspector I am retired ** Fugitive Recovery ************** out of state Private Investigator. I am disabled and being treating poorly by ***** who is attempting to harass and threaten me into not filing complaints. The health **** has shut the pool down, maintenence man is who is a very nice guy his pool certificate is expired and the latch on pool lock is broken PH is off and a few other issues with pool, a child could drown putting your company at risk. Roaches crawling on me, and ***** took photos and video and stated im lying. Even tho ***** approved a big pest control treatment confirmed by your pest control company. I ask she not enter my home or harrass and threaten Me anymore and STOP making false statements about me. ChkworkORDERS
