    We lived at ******************** Luxury Apartments for 2 years and decided to upgrade to a 3 bedroom unit. Since March 3rd 2025 weve endured continuous and excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors. Which has made it impossible to rest, study, or work from home. Weve provided detailed records, timestamps, videos, and even evidence of the noise triggering our baby monitor. Despite this, management has denied the issue exists and has taken no steps to resolve it.Upon move in, the unit was delivered dirty and uncleaned, at one point our A/C was out for nearly 2 weeks. Causing discomfort and health concerns. Our management both onsite and upper management has been rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Promises were made by the property manager specifically in verbal agreement to settle our account and waive some of the fees if we moved out early were later denied by upper management without explanation. We have a 1 year old who frequently awakens by the ongoing noise disturbances. Our roommate who is a student, can no longer focus or stay here.We have requested to terminate our lease early without penalty due to the condition of the unit and the toll it has taken on our family. However, our proposal has been rejected without reasonable consideration. We are asking support in seeking resolution and accountability. We believe all tenants deserve a peaceful and fair living situation.

    Completely the WORST property management ever!! I have had nothing but issues with them & the apartment complex. Apartment complex was horrible since moving in & now the management company after moving out. Stop payment on a check with NO communication of doing it, now bank charged fees plus & still no 2nd check. I am beyond ****** & never had a shittier experience in my life of customer ******************************** living. Plus I have too many pictures of the c*** hole we lived in to post all of them.A ladder was out for 3 days as well in a walk way, along with open wires on the walls left exposed, NO lights for 4 days. This was a huge safety issue
