      ******* from medical records refuses to send the actual *********************** Pulmonary Department ****************** medical records. I am his medical POA and I asked her today to send these office visit notes to ******* in the VA pulmonary department so his oxygen continues to get paid for! She refuses to do this! She sent it to community care **** at VA and when I advised her that it needs to go to the actual VA ******* stated her and her manager will not do that! ******* is rude, she talks over the patient, she does not listen and uses her managers name as a scapegoat! If my brother goes without his Oxygen due to ******** neglect I will ensure we *** her and this practice! I want the telephone number and email address of the *** of East Valley Pulmonology and Sleep Study! Im going to escalate this as high as I need to since ******* and according to ******* she stated her manager refuses to help my brother whos a veteran continue to be able to get his oxygen and this needs to be resolved immediately! Thank you.

      Was hospitalized with COVID in early December 2022. Spent 8 days in ICU . Never asked for *************************, DO. Now I have thousands of dollars in bills. I send what I can to each one. The staff calls and bully's me into trying to give them more money , saying what I am doing is not good enough. Strange how I don't remember this doctor and I am getting bills from him and another pulmonary doctor.
