      Very impersonal, recorded my voice without my permission, just flat did it, I was there to see ******* *******, not some Nurse Practitioner who took over the visit. I was not happy, Nurse Practitioner sent or the dumb AI sent the WRONG prescription into my mail order. I am usually very pleased with my Visits with *******, but this was horrible, violated my personal private appt. Worst appt I have ever had, makes me wonder if I will even go back the next year, sorrily disappointed with their new AI features, very impersonal. Miss very much of the pleasant office visit with ******* ******* we usually have each year.

      In an effort to ensure your visit is focused on meaningful interaction with our patients rather than excessive typing, we utilize AI as a tool to enhance accuracy while still maintaining direct patient care and interaction.  According to our records, both providers noted that your consent for the use of AI was obtained. If you were uncomfortable with this option or with an additional provider in the room, you had the right to opt out at the time of service.  We sincerely apologize if you left feeling that your care was lacking. We understand and respect your decision should you choose not to return.  In the future, if at any point during your visit you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can address your concerns in the moment. Thank you.

      I had an appt. with one of the doctors at Pulmonary Associates ("PA") on ***************** at 8:30 am on 1-17-25. I had seen the doctor just once before and this was a follow-up to go over some test results. According to mapquest, PA's office is 22.8 miles from my house. I left my home at approx. 8 am after my phone's map app told me it was a ************************* the car and on the road, the app changed the arrival time to about 40 minutes, perhaps because of rush hour traffic. At 8:32 am I called PA to let them know I was running late and would arrive around 8:45 am. I was told, "the doctor may not be able to see you, let me check." I was then left on hold for approx. ********************************************** office. I arrived while still on hold, parked and went upstairs to the PA office. It was 8:45 am. I immediately went to a receptionist who told me, "The doctor is with another patient and can't see you today. Do you want to see a physician's assistant at 11 am?" So the doctor could not squeeze me in for what would have undoubtedly been a short appt. after I was only 15 minutes late? So I was expected to wait over two hours to see a physician's assistant? I made my best efforts to arrive on time and even called PA en route. I ended up wasting an hour of my day driving to and from PA's office because no one bothered to come back on the line to tell me the doctor couldn't see me even if I were just 15 minutes late. I was shocked to be treated as I was by Pulmonary Associates and appalled by their arrogance. A couple days later, I was flabbergasted to receive a message from PA that said, "you missed your last appt. and we're calling to find out when you'd like to reschedule." I will never schedule an appt. at any Pulmonary Associates facility again.
