    I contacted **** with Dany Romero Painting in April 2024 to paint kitchen/bathroom cabinets and interior walls and **** was sent. The two-week quoted job ended up taking over 1 month to complete and the cabinet paint is already chipping (**** said the cabinet paint should last at least 5 years). There were days when **** said he would come to paint and he didnt show at all for various reasons (flat tire, forgotten previous engagement, etc). On other days, **** painted walls and paint streaks were visible (he called it paint flashing). He later discovered this was due to my home being a new construction with the builders original flat paint as the base which apparently absorbs more and requires multiple coats. He attempted applying multiple coats, but paint flashing is still visible in some areas. The cabinets that were painted 1 month ago look terrible. Paint is peeling from my ceiling from painters tape being ripped off and previous color swatches are visible because **** painted over it instead of priming or removing first. **** didnt leave me the touch up cabinet paint he promised. I held off on writing this review to allow the company time to correct my poor experience with Dany Romero ***************************** LLC. The only solution I received was from **** himself who offered to correct all of ***** bad work for another $3000.00. To be transparent, this is my second time working with this company. My first experience was with ****, Onyx, and **** which was great. The first time, everyone was professional, and the quality of work was great. However, my recent experience with this company was completely the opposite, this time working with ****. ***** work was subpar, and his professionalism was lacking. Not only have I wasted the $5300.00 I paid ****, but I must pay someone again to fix the terrible work he did.
