    The biggest disappointment was the stucco repair. The texture was off even after redo. The texture was visually noticeable like day and night, plus you can tell the difference rubbing your hand over them vs. the original texture. A week later, I found a 12" crack line in the middle of the stucco texture that they did. The owner responded "You pass the texture finish inspection and signed my invoice."
    so he wouldn't do a thing even though there's a 2 yr warranty on the service.

    When walked the job on estimate time i notice this holes where very pronounced on the side of the house , i asked Mr ****** what did you put in those because he try to fixed they were covered with some kind of mud he used before us, i said i can try to fix and re stucco but i cant warranty the stucco repairs because i don't know what source of materials you used (it look like rubber) he agreed on what i said verbally . Our first attempt was unsuccessful because one of my guys wasn't the best , so he called me and asked me if I could check. I said yes . I came to the job site and looked at the repairs and I said to my guys let's fix it again and we did . He was happier with the results and his wife too . When we finished the job I gave Mr ****** my tablet on 10/5/2023 to sign my invoice where it was stated that the work was done to his satisfaction. I still have a copy of that if you need the signed invoice. 

    On February 19th i've sent a letter to Mr ****** stating and offering that i was more than welcome to open the communication due to a lot of bad reviews he posted on several online platforms that are out of our guidelines and exceed and crossed the boundaries in to what it could be considered harassment to instead posting online shut me a text or email but he declined .
    Due to the negligence of mister ****** and that he continue harassing us by even creating different online profile named "*** *****" in google reviews on April 9th  (have proof of that) we have sent a Final letter to Mr ****** on April 16th  letting him now that he was banned and warranty was voided effective immediately .
