    7-10-2024. My wife placed and paid for an order on line. Its *****. We received confirmation of the order with a big orange banner on her phone reading Success. When I went to the unit the Manager *** told me that he didnt have an order for us. I returned home empty handed and had my wife confirm the address of the pick up location. We confirmed and received an addition confirmation that our order was ready and to pick it up. I went back to the location and confirmed with *** the manager that my order was ready I gave him my order number and I showed him on the phone that the unit that I was directed to was his unit at that point he said I dont have an order for you and that was it he had no order. He wasnt gonna do anything about it so I returned home again only to find out that my wifes bank had the money removed from the account for the order and when I explained to her that I didnt have any food, she got upset because we had no food. They had our money and time was going by my wife works nights so we eat early on the night that she has to work together back and asked for either our money back or the order and *** the manager was hanging out in the back when he finally came up. He said he didnt have anything for us and that we needed to leave and I got really upset because he didnt make any effort to correct the situation even after seeing proof from the little Caesars app that our order was ready for pick up .
