      Floor has been in for over 3 months with issues and repairs since day one. Company not in a hurry to return calls, and takes their time to respond when there is/was an issue. Finally, manager did come out after repeated requests to see huge rise in floor in hallway and laundry room. Less than 1 week of repair plank is not secure near transition piece and floor makes noise when walking over it. Also was told planks are separating in large area in another room need replacement due to unlevel of flooring. Company did not follow manufacture's installation instruction for manufacturer warranty. Workmanship has been in a piecemeal process and continues to worsen.

      Feb.19th 2021 Amount $1103.00 check # **** We have contacted them no less than 10 times they looked at the floor again two months or so ago and determined it was defective flooring and was told they would replace it at no cost as usual all we have gotten is the run around since we contacted them about three months after install been a year and a half with no resolution.
