    Never received the item I paid for. Reached out via Instagram and it took multiple times to get a response. They claim they shipped the item but lost the tracking. Had to follow up multiple times to try and figure out what was going on. Finally they said they would refund and I never received it. I reached out again and of course, they didnt respond. Super disappointing.So unprofessional.

    I would not recommend this business to anyone. She posts items on her IG page and you purchase them through DM and then *****. Me and my sister bought two $70 bags from them and told my sister to pick them up. We live over an hour away and drove all the way to her location and she informed us she did not bring them in and to come another day. We live too far and asked to ship them. They agreed. It then took a week to provide us a tracking number that WE had to ask for. They did not respond to any DMs and when I reached out had excuses for not communicating since my sister IG had been deleted. Through your the three weeks her account was active and they did not reply so they used this as an excuse. I posted them on my story and finally got their attention. They demanded I remove the story and when I didnt, she refunded us. There are several IG pages who have provided similar situations they handle situations unprofessionally and when you post about their business, block you. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and petty. I will never refer or take my business to them ever again. 0/10.
