    Our car broke down on a Sunday. It was 113 degrees outside. We called our insurance company for roadside assistance. They dispatched a different tow truck company and said that it would take ***** minutes. We waited for 5 hours and had no ETA and no phone call for status updates. We got tired of waiting so we contacted Phoenix Custom Towing. We were able to speak to the owner ***** which was a breath of fresh air. He was very polite, professional, and empathetic to our situation. He arrived at our location in only 30 minutes. We couldn't believe how efficient he was. His vehicle was very clean and you can tell that he genuinely cared about his customers. My wife and I are so grateful for him helping us, that we decided to keep his contact number on our phones. In the future, we will call Phoenix Custom Towing our first choice for towing needs. Thank you ******* We highly recommend him.
