  APR was definitively the best choice for our complete re-roof! A complete inspection of our roof was done. We were given a quote that day that was fair and booked the job a few weeks later. The crew was professional and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent and we finally have a roof that doesn't keep me up at night worrying about the wind and rain. I highly recommend APR!!

  APR did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Very professional, efficient and high quality. Great communication of the work being performed backed up with photos. There was a large crew and finished in 2 days and left the home/yard clean. Highly recommend!

  We had a leak from the roof, around the air conditioner area in 2017 and when inspected by our air conditioning service, they said the previous air conditioner installation (******************** :( ) did not seal "the boot" properly. It was sealed with caulk instead of a rubber seal (caulk cracks and breaks in the ******* over time). So we called APR to fix the seal around the air cond. boot and repair the roof around that area. Now it is Feb. 2023, we had another leak in the same area and we got it fixed by another roofing co. When they inspected they said the leak was getting in through the air cond. boot because it wasn't sealed properly by the previous roofer!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond upset that we had to pay another $3000 for the same repair job and APR did NOT repair the problem correctly! Shame on you for cutting corners and not doing things correctly.

  My husband called *** at APR to get a quote for replacing the shingles on our roof. Within the hour he was at our door and asked questions about the work then walked around the house perimeter taking note of areas of concern. *** then went up on the roof to inspect it. He then provided options, suggestions and answered our concerns and questions. He sent us his estimate which we agreed to and established a start date. A week later *** and his crew showed up and within 4 hours the job was complete and apart from the fact we had a new roof you would not have known the crew was even there. *** and his team removed all the old shingles, the base paper, nailed down loose plywood, replaced rotted facia and three sheets of rotted plywood. They added base paper then nailed down the new shingles with three nails per shingle. The team used a commercial grade torch to form a strong bond between the roof and the rolled roofing on rear patio. *** is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His experienced team truly worked together in perfect ******** *** and his team blew past our expectations, and I would highly recommend his company.
