    ****** ago I hired them to fix roof, every time it rained it poured thru my roof . It went from stain to hole in ceiling. *** employee of company stated he didnt know why they couldnt fix it . I have 5 years of emails . This year since its been 5years they wont return my calls . I want money back . I paid another company, they said all they did was use cheap caulking . Which just drys up in sun in between rains . Help please

    Colt at HR Roofing solutions never came to my property to view the faulty roofing work and the interior damage he sent ********************* claim. He fixed the roofing problem and said he would do a water test with the water hose. When I climbed up on my ladder, I noticed the roof repair was not completed and he never did the water test, Ive contacted HR Roofing colt multiple times via phone and text no response. No callbacks absolutely nothing.

    I originally left a review on Yelp on 4/28/2020, but didn't seem to help. In the summer of 2017 I bought my condo, however the roof needed to be fixed. The previous own hired this company to fix roof just a few weeks before I purchased. In 2019 we had the bad rain, and my roof leaked. I looked at contract that the previous owner gave to me. It was a 2 year transferable warranty on repairs. So I called them. The guy in office said he has an independent contractor that made is own hours and then gave me his phone number. I called the guy, we spoke and he advised me he would be at my condo at the end of the week. This happened for 4 weeks and never came out. When he finally did show up, he said he fixed the huge RIP in my roof. Here we are not even a year later the roof leaked again. Same spot. I called again, same M.O. I called he said he would be here and never showed. Workmanship is subpar, customer service is unreliable.

    Please contract us at ***************** or call the offices at ************ as i dont see any record of working on this project. Also we have our own repairman and don't sub out. I think you may have ** confused with the company out of ****** who lost their license and is not affiliated with our company and any way.

    Confirmation has been made with the company regarding roof repair work on the address in question, as well as the time frame. At time of repair, warranty was provided which thus allowed the repair to occur. The 2nd time the roof leak, HR Roofing stopped responding. We're not asking for reimbursement of the valuable amount of time, frustration, hotel stays, and loss of work we've spent working on this this, only the out of pocket expenses that we've encountered due to this unfinished repair. Thank you for working with us and correcting this issue.
