August 23, 2024 (revised)TC Roofing (TCR) is disrespectable, belligerent, foul mouthed, lied, incompetent after our experience with them.TCR owner, called 1-12-24 when I was driving, said youre a fn pain in the a.. problem. No, youre the problem! Im driving, you tried 8 times to fix the leak after your repairs. He denied the 8 attempts, calling me a liar. The call was recorded on my dash camera. We have photos of the leaks; with the dates you came to fix the ******** the third attempt, he said, we need a new roof. Why didn't you SOBs tell us earlier so the insurance company (IC) could add to claim? Too late, the responsibility to fix the leak is yours. I told both contractors, if you find any other damages, our IC in a letter; they would consider the additional costs. When the General Contractor (**) came out to repair the ceiling in the spare room, he needed to get materials. In his absence, it rained; the leak was still there and TCR came for the 4th attempt.I have all the e-mails, with pictures from 7-23-21, the day of the incident and filing the claim.I thought TCR was sub-contracted by the *** since I sent e-mails to the *** the leak is not fixed. *** would come out; the roof is leak is fixed, we were tired of hearing that. On 12-22-22 the ** and TCR came out to find the leak; you have a new leak! I said, a new leak in the same place? *** offered to fix the leak again; I said you are too incompetent; your workmanship is poor; no after 8 attempts. Our IC stepped forward; prove to us the roof needs replacing, we will consider it. Our new contractor (**) knows how to fix a roof the first time. The new ** went into the attic and found 5 or 6 leaks, etc. The ** did approve a new roof, also other repairs that were missed by ****On 9-6-24, **** the owner of the ** said, we do not sub-contract to ***, we only recommend them. I looked at the paperwork and it said Work Authorization when we wrote a check to them, so we unknowingly did contract them.
