I purchased an RV from WorldWide RV on 5/18/2023. I felt we were pressured into adding a warranty, I read the contract in full which indicated if cancelled within 30 days a full 100% refund would be issued. I went back into the office and completed the cancellation in person. My understanding was that they would send the check for the warranty amount directly to our lender. I have called both the lender and World Wide RV over 10 times. Lender has indicated they have not received the check. The first few calls with World Wide RV they said they sent it and to check with the lender. When I requested a copy of the check or a date they sent it they said they would call me back. Three subsequent calls were made with messages left and no call back. On Thursday 8/3 I finally got a hold the finance department and she had no answers for me. She promised we would have a resolution by Saturday 8/5 to which no return call was received. The total cost of the warranty was $13,875.00. I am requesting that I receive a copy of the check that was sent to the lender or a check made out to myself so that I may put it towards our loan. After being treated so poorly by this dealership, including being shown a lower interest rate they were offered by accident only for them to book the loan with someone else at a higher rate, I have refinanced the loan to a different bank. I believe the dealership is purposefully withholding return of our funds because they are upset they are losing money on this deal. I have been more than patient and accommodating with this dealership and demand resolution.

I agree with **************** that he has been more than patient and accommodating with our dealership.  We had a breakdown in procedure with regards to how ******************** cancellation requests were handled.  ******************** cancellations have been processed and his check is available for him as of 08/10/2023.  I have spoken with **************** and agreed to send him his refund via priority mail immediately.

We have addressed our short comings with the appropriate departments and personnel that are responsible for the handling of cancellation requests and are confident that this won't be an on-going issue.

    Sincerely,

We took our RV to this company for many repairs June of 2022, including replacement of one of the slide out frame mechanisms. They charged my warranty company for that repair, and provided an invoice stating what materials were used and that the entire mechanism was replaced. Upon inspection, we found they did not use the materials listed nor was mechanism repaired. We took it back to them several times. I contacted the owner who was disrespectful, not apologetic and wanted no part of fixing it. We finally took it to another RV repair shop this month after the slide would not work at all and they stated the slide was ruined by World Wide RV. Our warranty company will not pay for another repair shop to complete the same repair so we are left with a ruined slide and no way to pay to fix it. World Wide RV replaced the rear AC and the current repair shop said they replaced it with an incorrect unit that does not have a heat strip. So now we are left with an AC unit that was paid for by my warranty company that does not function properly and do not have the ability to have it replaced with a correct unit because the warranty company will not pay twice for the same repair/replacement. While our RV was at Worldwide RV, the staff used the toilets, left materials all over the RV, broke the fascia boards over the slide motors and dirtied several sections of the RV. I have attached a few email interactions between myself and World Wide RV and can also provide screenshots of texts. I am requesting a refund of the amounts I paid which are: $2453.67, $200.00 and $742.31 so that money can be used towards the replacement of the slide World Wide RV ruined. The new repair shop estimates the repair to cost 24 hours @$179/hr plus parts.
