Were guests at the ** park, during the monsoon (July ) a tree fell on my ** and damaged my ac. after asking they cut it 2 weeks earlier. They told us to leave the old one up there so someone could take pics so we left it after 3 weeks we bought a portable we needed air. then they fired the manager. When i would leave a message no one ever calls back. then 10/24 our electric went off , we went to check and the cord had caught fire, we called the office manager and let them know what was going on, they told me to run my generator, so i did. after about 5 hrs i called again so see if there was a update, and the gal said that no one had called anyone yet. after $70 bucks of gas in the generator, and it being 7 at night, we shut our generator off so we did not bother our neighbors, the next day i sent a email to the management office letting them know my situation, one of the managers was coming in the next day and i wanted someone to address this , so ******** came in to town and to my rv and yelled at me for over 30 mins , she smelled like alcohol she kept saying how i went over her head and was trying to get her in trouble, Not one mention of my electric, so i kept saying can you call a electrician? I waited about 3 hrs after she left and called for a update, ******* So 10/27 we stopped at the office to get a update, they said they called someone. When we returned home at ************************* ran to my truck screaming she was evicting me, I had no idea why . At 4pm ******** came back and was banging on my door, i work for a attorney and i was on a tele-court call, i have a sign on my door that says plz dont knock, working remotely call with my number... so she kept banging, my dogs are barking the judge is getting mad i hit mute and just hang up, no my boss is mad i go to the door and she is screaming at my closed door in the middle of the road. drunk .This is not a way to treat a paying guest. I am 1 week no 50 amp, with a eviction notice for a air fryer ,Business Response

************** has a burnt 50 amp plug blown out on her site. It is being replaced as I type this. I in no way screamed or yelled at **************. I went to speak with her on Wednesday 10/26 upon my arrival in *******. ************** had requested to fill my open GM position. I explained to her why this would not be possible as she does not follow the park rules herself. How could she possibly enforce them? I also told her that she had several violations herself way before her 50 amp plug burned. She has appliances on her site . This is a direct violation of park policy. ************** also has a large dog fence with four dogs on her site. Another violation of park policy. The eviction notice is due to ************** entering our office and verbally and mentally abusing my staff. She creates a hostile work environment for my staff. I simply cannot have it. I was in no way drunk when I have approached ************** the MANY times I have spoken with her. I am attaching the email she sent Wed. evening after our civil discussion. We are a large company which manages 70 RV parks across the country. When rules are enforced people get upset and make things up. This is a case of that exact situation. it is friday night 10/28 and we have now no power no 30 amp either, they had a maintenance man come, not a electrician, he told us Tuesday he doesn't do electrical , but ok they had him work on it , he got shocked very bad, and packed up his stuff and left , we were told to move to another spot .. that takes hours, then you have to call and have the internet set up all over, and that costs $80 and takes at least 10 days . i have to work , then we were told to plug into a neighbors 30 amp but neither one on each side has a working 30 amp , so unless we can borrow a longer cord, ours is 65 ft we will have no power for the weekend, we told them no one has power to the sides of us and not ******** or any other person at this rv park has answered us, this is how they treat people..Are we suppose to hold our breath and guess what to do??Who is running this place
The people she says we were mean to , lol we never said a bad word to them, i told them if i was ever short i apologize i am just frustrated and who wouldnt be, you pay rent and are treated like a vagrant. ******** says she has a video, so our attorney is going to ask for it , that works for us...we have been here almost a year and had the same dogs from the day we moved in, the management ok'd my dogs so that is not a violation, the pet fence is up only for about
10 mins at a time, and that is because i have Lupus and RA and i cant walk them alone when my husband is at work. so i put it up and let them go and take it down..
This women is crazy. I would never want her job, I inquired as to the manager position not her job, she lies about everything like that a electrician was here

The accusations are simply not true. I am awaiting an electricians services. This is not being ignored. We are not liable for acts of God which damage RV's. We have this in our rules. Tell us why here...Initial Complaint

My wife and I attempted to make a reservation for a little over a month at the Mesa Gardens RV Park. They punched in all the information in their computer system and then gave us the rate which was reasonable but then they said their would be a little over $350 in taxes. This did not sound right at all so I questioned it and the lady working that day said she was new and would not be the one to ask about it and that I needed to call back on Monday and talk to the manager. When I called to speak to the manager he was super short with me and told me that they discovered the system was charging 2 a short term transitory tax and a long term transitory tax when it should have been 1 or the other, not both. Perfectly reasonable explanation... but then when I ask if he could explain to me why they were charging any transitory tax since my stay was over 29 days and the transitory tax only applies to stays less than 29 days he got super rude, told me I was wasting his time and that if I wanted to argue about taxes I would have to take it up with someone else but then he refused to give me any information about who that might be. It gets even weirder though because I tracked down the company in ******** who now owns the ** park and eventually got in touch with someone who is supposedly over that ** park. She had a totally different story and said that the fee I was given was a deposit (when right on their website it called it a long or short term tax). She then accused me of harassing's the employees and told me the would not take my reservation. I really think that they have been purposely charging this crazy high tax and pocketing it and when anyone questions it they just try to shut them up.
