    I tried to get my Birthday Sub at the firehouse Sub and I was told I could not get it by *******, my birthday is Feb 1st 1951. The manager said she couldn't give it to me without it being listed on the app ******* is her name. The problem is I have been a loyal customer for over 5 yrs and always receive a birthday sub but they changed the rules and didn't notify me. I feel that it was wrong for them to do this and corporate said a purchase had to be made 6 mos before my birthday, never heard of such nonsense. I did buy subs from them before my birthday. Bad business practice.
