      In July 2022, I had ****** from Mountain View Windows and Doors install a shower door enclosure in a guest bathroom at our vacation home for $1485.00. In March 2023, we had guests in from out of town and discovered that bottom rail of the door enclosure had been installed incorrectly / backwards and the water runs out onto the floor when in use. I immediately called ****** and left several messages regarding the issue. He returned my call about 3 days later and stated he would look at the schedule for the following week and let me know when they could come out to do the repair. Since March 13, 2023, I have called a minimum of 10 times as well as left several messages asking for someone to return my call for scheduling. No one answers the phone, nor returns my call as requested. The shower is not functional with the doors installed they way they were, and I am concerned that if the shower is used it will ruin the flooring from water damage. I would like for them to return and remove the bottom rail and install it correctly which will more than likely require them to replace that piece.
