    I contacted ****** Taylor at Taylor Made Sleep Services on May 22, 2024. He was helpful and friendly. He sent me an at home sleep study which I took on May 29. ****** confirmed I had mild sleep apnea and talked through treatment options with me. I wanted to try a particular sleep therapy, but he convinced me the iNAP sleep therapy device would be better. He told me it came with a 90 day return policy and he would help me try a different therapy if this one didn't work. I agreed and placed the $1499 order. I worked with the iNAP sleep team on adjusting the machine settings to fit my needs. After a month, it became evident this treatment was not going to work for me. I contacted ****** Taylor whose company sold me the device to ask for the return procedure on July 7, 2024. I never heard back from him. A few days later on July 10 I emailed ****** again and also notified the person who had been helping me with the device adjustments (who works for the manufacturer.) She got back to me right away and told me how to send the package back to them and that there was a $250 fee for restocking the device. I was upset because ****** had not told me about this fee. I confirmed this fee is disclosed on ****'s website, but I was only taking ******** word for it. Some money back is better than none, so I returned the device. I have since confirmed with my **** *** that they recived my device back, but I still haven't heard from ******. I have emailed many times, called, left messages, and even a negative ****** review. No contact. My iNAP *** has tried to contact him as well and had her manager reach out to him, but he hasn't responded. The **** *** has been working to help me, but my money is in the hands of Taylor Made Sleep. No doubt the products work is they work for you, but lying about a retunr policy and ignoring a customer is bad practice. I was planning to buy a different device from him, but certainly will not now.
