The owners of this store are rude and dishonest. They tell you one thing and when that doesn't happen they find something else to tell you. When I made the appointment for the advertised Facial, I was told that I would see a difference after just 1 treatment. I did not see any difference with the brown spot along my nose and wrinkles, which they said I would see after the first treatment. **** then started trying to sell me a light @ $2,500.00 then a bunch of products that were very expensive. I just wanted to pay for the facial which was not worth my time or money and she just kept pushing and pushing. I kept saying no no no I can't afford it, but she finally rang one up on the credit card that I had handed her to pay for the facial. I was told that there were no Managers in the store when I was there and she told me that I would have to come back and the Manager would have to refund my money. When I went back the Manager was extremely rude to me and told me no returns which I hadn't noticed was printed on the receipt. The cashier never said a word about no refunds, she never handed the receipt to me she placed it in the bag and handed the bag to me. There were no signs posted by the register and when I told him that **** told me to come back because she wasn't authorized to give credits he told me to leave the store or he would call security. I had waited over an hour to speak with him and he waved me off very rudely. Needless to say this cost me $324.75, a very costly mistake.Initial Complaint

Face swelled up after using their product went to return it the next day, and they have a no return policy that you dont see until you pay on your receipt. When I purchased they told me I can return it for full refund if I did not like it. I did not see the return policy because they just throw the receipt in the bag after you purchase.Initial Complaint

I was swept into Lola Soap in **** ** November 2021 while on holiday. Surrounded by 6 people in the store and given a "facial" as I was told I would be the next "senior model " for Lola Soap. 6 people surrounded me all talking at once I was very intimidated and wanted to leave! I got product put on my face out of an open container that I was not allowed to touch. I walked out of the store trying to wrap my head around what just happened. The gal covered up the final price on the receipt and the verbiage stating no returns or refunds. When I got back to where I was staying I looked in the mirror and screamed! I looked like my face was elephant hide! I called Lola Soap and told them I would be back in the morning. I videotaped my return to the store and once again was surrounded by multiple people telling me to keep my voice down and stop the video. I left the product there all on camera and disputed the $3249.00 charge with my credit card company as "product not as described " and was denied credit back. Lola Soap claimed they didn't violate the terms of their contract. Product is GARBAGE and I want my money back. I live over **** miles from **** ** and nobody from Lola Soap will talk to me. I wrote a letter to ********************* with corporate Lola Soap and heard nothing. I was scammed and since Lola Soap has their product back I want my $3249.00 back. Who in this world has to pay for product that you don't even have? Please help me get my $3249.00 back. Thanks!Initial Complaint

On 5/30/2022 my daughters and I were pulled into Lola Soap with "free offers". After I was in the free chair my daughters were asked to leave. They would leave and come back and each time asked to leave. I was foolish I have to admit. I had not been out in public for almost two years ( I am 72) and was pressured even when I said I could not afford what they were offering. I was charged $866.40 for a years supply of skin care products. I received $217.00 worth of products that day. I signed something but they never provided me with a copy (they said they did but my daughters saw it was not in the envelope they handed me} They insist that I come into the store and after our treatment I said I would never step foot in the store again. I asked them to mail me my product, which they would not do. I asked them to get the items together and I would have my son and daughter pick them up. They have failed to respond. I now want my $649.00 and do not want there products.
