    I have a failed inverter, Israel is refusing to warranty the work. The original install was actually terrible as well, after payment in full it took him almost another year to finished the full install. I ordered an new inverter and then ghosted me for 2 month, he then texted me the other day he was coming to install it and then after saying his installer was afraid of me because I was 100% honest about the original install an ******* unprofessional nature, I told Israel that was funny, t then he said he's refusing to install my inverter because it's not funny.

    JITSolar has fulfilled all warranty and Workmanship obligations since 2019 (agreement start) . JITSolar's Workmanship agreement was for 2 yrs and has been fulfilled .This particular claim is not a workmanship claim but a manufacturers warranty claim because of product failure.  However, JIT Solar Happily has assisted in facilitating product replacement for ***** ***** ( Customer ) . JITSolar does not perform service for product failure parts under warranty for free , however the issue in further assisting Customer was that the Technician onsite reported being harassed by Customer when he visited the jobsite initially. Technician reported that Customer made disparaging comments about the company and other technicians at a personal level who are in good standing with the company and feared to be viewed or falsely accused of any further work were it to take place thereafter. JIT Solar  informed customer of this complaint  and wanted to still schedule the technician , however , the customer mocked at the technicians uneasiness and has minimized the Technicians concerns going back. Because of that JIT Solar did not want to be contracted by Customer. JITSolar has not billed customer for services performed . JITSolar has delivered the Replacement part and told the client we will not be hired by him for his behaviors . JIT Solar has advised customer to seek out another solar company or electrician  to replace the part .
    Customer has since called JITSolar's representatives on personal phone lines demanding work and has left Hate Reviews online making personal attacks to representatives and the the company as He has demanded service despite his unreasonable behaviors towards the company and its representatives. JIT Solar has fulfilled all warranty and services to the customer. There is no maintenance agreement between JITSolar and Customer that requires us to de services to him for free.  JITSolar is still willing to enable all product warranties to customer.

    99% of everything in this response is False!  ****** offered to replace the inverter and said nothing about a charge.  His partner ***** showed up and lied by saying he wasn't a part of Israels company, he was only a 3rd party installer, he informed me that he had poor reactions from almost every customer he encountered for JIT Solar.  He then asked about my experience, so I told the truth, it was awful.  ****** lied throughout the process, cheated my contract out of batteries with a change order, then tried to get me to pay extra for a demand manager.   In this response he shows his true colors and is unable to come to terms that his communication is horrific!!  he made me wait over 2 months for the inverter after it failed, I paid close to $*** in demand fees and electricity due to his inability to communicate that he had the inverter but was unable to install it for free.  So to save himself $*** he choose to cost me $***.  I will no longer consider this complaint resolved unless he pays me for these costs.  I have text messages that read exactly like his response to this message refusing to install or even give me the inverter until I threaten him with lawyers.  The 1% of truth in his reply is that he did drop off an inverter, I have not verified if it's even the right one because I don't do solar but I will get that verified in the next few days. Remember it's now April 10th 2024, he received the inverter all the way back in February!!  He held it ransom this whole time because he hates his customer, he's vindictive, and a lier.  Either way my complaint is still valid, he is a terrible person to do business with and anyone searching his name or company on the BBB website should see how he responds to customers.  Instead of resolving the complaint and dealing with problems he blames everything on the customer.  Ive attached proof that he held the inverter for almost 2 entire months when he KNOWS about my demand fees.  Seriously shady dudes!

    Like we responded before. This customer purchased a solar system (not leased) around 2019.  He reached out again this year due to a faulty inverter which is convered under the manufactures warranty. However we do not perform free service on the system he purchased. We do perform services for peoples solar systems for a fee, however we do not want his buisness and are not obligated under any contract or agreement to service him. We advised the client to please reach out to another solar installer or electrician to swap those inverters out for him for whatever fee they charge.  We understand there was a misunderstanding in that the client beleived we would be replacing the inverter at no cost and so in an effort to settle this misunderstanding with the client JIT Solar is willing to reimburse the client up to $*** for the cost he pays another company or electrician to swap out his inverter. If he would like the reimbursment the customer can email [email protected] a picture or copy of his reciept and JIT Solar will mail him a check.
