    Back in July Mr ***** commited consumer fraude by recieving 5 000 dollars into his nuisness account and not giving back to me. I dont want to go to police but I will if he does not return the money he owes me. He falsified that I would get tax breaks which he is not supposed to do. He needs to pay me what he owes me.O have the bank reciepts. I have spent a total of ***** dollars and he owes me 6 ooo for money he should have returned ""

    Hello there, 

    *** **** is my uncle (my father's brother in law). He purchased a solar system from us for $51,000 and we ran diagnostics last week and everything is running smoothly. 

    In regards to the $5000, that was proposed separate business investment that he and I personally were discussing. However, he never deposited the money into my account and then called the bank and reported fraud. Unfortunately, SolarWRX as a business does not have any involvement in the matter of the $5,000. I have made multiples attempts to speak w him regarding this matter, yet he still is under the impression that I owe him money.

    We purchased Solar from this company a couple years ago. (They have a 10 year warranty. )However they aren't working properly after just 2 years. I've emailed the company SEVERAL times and they won't respond to my questions or help out at all. ****** we spent and they can't help us out with a faulty product.

    This is the first I have heard from Ms **** about her system. I don't believe we've received any phone calls or emails from her. 

    I will gladly give her a call and discuss how we can resolve her issue. It should be a pretty quick fix bc the panels are in fact under warranty

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response and I do no believe they are being honest.  I have email proof of emails I've sent and 1 email they sent back stating they would "look into it" and after months of waiting and emailing them back again they chose not to respond

    We were promised a 300 dollar HVAC part if we had SolarWrx do our project. Nothing has been delivered we feel we were baited and switched with false promises.
