  Our family took our time in deciding to install a pool, we received bids from 4 different companies and took 6 months to select ******************* and Premier Pools and we could not have asked for a better experience!! They were not the cheapest or most expensive but their attention to detail in the design and transparency in the estimate made them stand above the rest. After selecting Premier Pools we didn't sign our contract for another 2 years because we were still finalizing our decision. This whole time **** was patient and friendly, there anytime we had any questions or concerns and tweaking our design anytime we requested without trying to pressure us. When we finally started the construction process ****** our construction supervisor was added to the team and both **** and ****** were there throughout the whole process answering any questions and resolving any issues I brought up. All of the different subcontractors used throughout the process were top quality and we never felt like they were cutting any corners. The final product looks ******************* we created and revised during the design process and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!! Even now that the pool is complete I can call **** with any questions or concerns even on Sundays! I have and will continue to recommendation **** and Premier Pools to all of my friends and neighbors!! From start to finish we felt like we were dealing with close friends and even now after we are done it still feels that way!! You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them to build your back yard dream!!

  We have had our pool for 2 years and its been GREAT!! The Craftmanship and landscaping is wonderful. ***** Did a great Job with design and did a great job keeping us updated through the construction process.

  **** at Premier pools was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and answered any concerns I had. The project manager and **** kept the project moving fast and on schedule. The kept me in the loop and addressed any questions I had along the way. The pool was done in about 90 days from the date of the permit. That was the timeline they proposed and stayed with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool. I am 100% satisfied with this company.***************************

  Premier was our first and only choice for a pool builder! They were so patient in helping us design our dream back yard and were very communicative during the build. We are thrilled with our premier team and their hard work!!

  We worked with ***** to design our pool and he was very patient and listened to all of our requests and changes. We have had our pool for almost three years now and they have been fast and responsive when needing a warranty request.

  This is possibly the worst contractor Ive ever seen in my entire life. Ive been doing it for 45 years and Ive never found one this bad the quality of work is absolutely horrible. The response is not even a question. Cant get a call back cant get a schedule, absolutely nothing about this company is advisable. I spent over 300 K and I still dont have a pool that works.

  **************** they use is a joke!! They put a stain on our travertine refused to fix it!! Warranty service is a joke!!! Horrible company run away fast!!!

  We are so happy that your pool is perfect and you will have many years of enjoyment. We are also happy that we built your pool quickly with tremendous quality! Natural veins in a travertine that was cut out of the mountain side, is not a stain. Its a beautiful product! As we have stated, we are always here to help!!!

  I have been waiting over 14 months for a completed swimming pool. I understand there are supply and worker shortages but this has gone on entirely too long. There is little to no communication unless initiated by me. No one ever seems to know the schedule and cannot provide one when asked. The work is not done right the first time and it is next to impossible to get anyone to come back to fix things. I have been told that I do not have to be there when the work is going on but I have come out of the house to find the water still running after the contractors left. So yes, I do have to be home during this process. No one is looking out for me or overseeing the contractors but the contractors get the blame. A hose springs a leak and it is two weeks before someone responds. For a couple of months there was only 2 hours of work done a week to 10 days. I submitted bad reviews on the company website and finally got some attention but I check that website and only positive reviews are posted. Some of the travertine that took months to have installed had to be redone due to drainage issues. The equipment wall was built wrong and had to be redone. Neither the first or final inspection passed the first time which also delayed the process. Now I am waiting for the pebble tec. But I had to pay the final installment before the pool is finished. That is the only thing this company does in a timely manner - send out invoices and cash the checks. Now they have all their money and I still do not have a pool. I only hope this review prevents someone else from having this problem.
