      I obtained a loan through this company. The loan has matured and the company is charging interest and will not accept my payment as they want me to go in and re-contract this company is denying my payment in order to charge interest

      I kept in touch with company to pay on title loan they picked up my truck prematurely and they Did Not follow the contract. I was Not 30 days late. Then the tow company took sum of my belongings and did Not return them. They ripped off others besides myself. They charge you to get your belongings back after they make errors on repossessioning your vehicle. I have proof. I want the value if the truck from the company. The ***** blue book value. The company is profiting off of customers due to the companies mistakes. Thus is Wrong . it's a crime.

      Hello,

      Please accept our sincere apologies for the inadvertent lack of response to this complaint.  We do not show any record of ever receiving this complaint until today.

      Ms. ***** ***** took a loan in the amount of $700 from our office on June 13th 2022, and received a check that same day.  Ms. ***** agreed to repay this loan via Biweekly Payments with the First payment being due on June 25th 2022. 

      Ms. ***** failed to make her first then subsequent 2nd payment as agreed, which resulted in the default, then repossession under her contract.  Ms. ****** contract does not provide a 30 days late provision.

      After the expiration of the Notice of Repossession, and option to recover her vehicle with payment, Ms. ****** vehicle was sold at a private auction for $615.  The sales proceeds were posted to Ms. ****** account, which left a deficiency balance on her account.

      We have since forgave the owed balance on Ms. ****** account and waived our right to pursue the deficiency balance as resolution.
