    Our company was called repeatedly by a Mr. **** ****** claiming to be a small family run business out of ***********, **. Neither of those statements are true. They are not a small family run business and they are not located in ***********, *****. ****** called requesting my company buy some items from them and in good faith (based on lies) we did order two custom extension cords from them for $362.68. That purchase went without an issue.A few weeks later, we began getting NUMEROUS phone calls a day, that we did not initially answer for a while due to them coming from an Arizona number, we are nowhere near ******* and do not conduct any business in *******. After a quick ****** search we learned that this is the same company who claimed to be from ***********. Once we finally answer, we were BEGGED to take free items because they - and this is a direct quote - did not want to pay taxes on their inventory. After much consideration and guarantees it wouldnt cost us anything, we finally agreed to receive these items and they were sent for free at no expense to us. At least, thats what we were told.We received damaged items and WAY more than we ever agreed to be sent.A few weeks go by and we suddenly get a reminder invoice for $3,268.88. There was never an initial invoice sent, not in the package or through email, these were sent to us for free. Suspicious, we check our bank account to find out that they STOLE $1,200 out of our account. 5 different charges $200, $400, $200, $200, and $200. They did not have any authorization to charge our account for any reason. They did not request any form of payment and there was never any kind of discussion about having to pay, again we were harassed for weeks and BEGGED to take these items FREE.They stole our bank information from that previous purchase of extension cords and then stole $1,200 from us.I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this business at all unless you want to be robbed.
