I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding my Citi Priority credit card. Specifically, I have identified four unauthorized payments of $125 each, totaling $ 500, debited on April 3, 10, 17, and 24. These charges, which were not in line with the terms I had agreed upon during my discussions with ****** and her representative, are the focus of my complaint. The above transactions represent unauthorized BADASS BABES ("vendor") charges on my Citi Priority card. The vendor notes a "Continuation Program" in their contract that was not discussed with me while exploring the program with ***************************** (owner) and her representative on the phone. As a result, my commitment was for only 3 months at $1,500 if I paid upfront instead of paying monthly installments on $2,800. Please note that the vendor's contract does not provide a fair or reasonable pricing structure, so the weekly charge of $125 is made up. Secondly, note that charges were made before the end of my contract, which was April 11, 2024. Thirdly, the owner's responses showed a willingness to refund my money after inquiring about the charges. Please note the package Badass Communication (provided by the owner) has missing messages from April 4 to April 26, which I do not have access to, but the portion pushed out to me can be seen in Badass Communication 2.Lastly, the vendor's evidence of correspondence shows a lack of interaction and response from me, except for my inquiring about being charged after the contract expiration. This lack of response from my end should raise questions about the vendor's claims. I have attached the following pieces of evidence: Attachment A: executed contract signed on January 11, 2024 for 3 months, Attachment ** My correspondence with the ******************* C: ******** evidence.

Date of transaction: 12/2/2023 Amount paid: $1300.00 Badass Babes was supposed to provide me with personalized meal plan, personalized workouts and accountability check to lose weight and gain muscle. I saw their ad on Instagram and signed up for a 3-month personal training session. They promised significant weight loss with the 3-mont program. Nature of dispute: I expected at least Zoom sessions for workouts but all I got was a few regular exercises that are available for free on ******* nothing personalized or special after paying $1300. This is a scam. There was no check-ins only automated messages how is the soreness or hows your week. The trainers live in ******* and everything is on the phone. The check-in only calls are when I request for it. I injured myself trying out weight workout on my own with no supervision even virtually. They told me to stretch it out. For personalized meal plan, I was told that I eat ethnic foods so they are not sure what to suggest. There was NOTHING that was offered as part of the program.Left with no option, I disputed my credit card with **** of America on Dec 21st (3 weeks after signing up) Badass Babes removed my access to their in early January. so in short, I received NO service and this unethical scam company kept my $1300.00. I want to make sure no other people are scammed by this fraudulent business. Here is the website: ***************************************************
