    Brought my 07 Lexus in for shaking and get fixed per their recommendations and after a week and **** dollars they didn't fix the issue and want to charge me again to fix a diffrent so called problem also the old man **** (grandpa behind the counter) insulted me while leaving which almost ended in a fist fight

    ! brought my car in to Randys transmission and auto repair in August of 2023 have the transmission repaired. He drove and said he didn't think anything was wrong w it but wanted to check further. Then he says it needs a usec or rebuilt transmission. Mo the go by and I keep pressing him when is my car gonna be done. He gets the wrong transmission one time andI think twice. When he finally gets the transmission installed which he outsourced, it was ******* of ****** months he had it. Transmission was gonna cost between $1500.00 and $1800.00. When he finally got it installed he drove it around the block and it died and he couldn't figure out what's wrong w the engine and couldn't get it to turn over. Then come the end of january, he tells me he has to put an engine in and found one for $600.00. And I told him well that engine, and I get to finish and he says he knows, he knows. Then come February, he tells me I'm gonna have to pay for the engine and pay to Have it installed. He ruined this engine
