    I have been taking my Vehicle to their service shop since I bought the car. I have been taking my vehicle into the shop for the same reason for the past year. Every three months, the vehicle will not start. Each time I take it in, they say they fixed the problem. Charge me a couple hundred, then the same thing happens again. This is the third time that my vehicle has been disable due to a weak starter. I feel like ** getting robbed and lied to by this company that you all vouch for. This company should not be BBB accredited. They are taking advantage and lying to consumers. If I could do all the repairs myself, I would instead of having to go to these crooks. My complaint is that my vehicle isnt getting repaired, and Im still dishing out hundreds of dollars each time. If you all could reach out to this ************* for me and please have them fix my vehicle correctly, it is appreciated. Im sorry to have to bother you all, to get some real help, because B&G hasnt been responsive, or helpful. Its very stressful when your car doesnt start, and you still have to be at work and run errands for the family. This situation has caused problems with my family because I bought this piece of junk from this company. These people should be out of business for the unethical business they are running.

    Prior to 7/21/2022 my vehicle did not start so I called AAA to get a battery jump come to find out it wasnt the battery my vehicle needed a starter. I previously had to have my veh towed to the Mesa B&G auto sales due to my vehicle over heating when the ** was on and it was at the auto sales yard for more than a week. I finally got it and not less than a week again the same issue but I can't just be taking time off work. I dealt with it even with ** being over 110+ degrees..Anyways after being told my veicle needed a starter I called **** B&G because it was closes for me to have it towed.I constantly called and left messages NO CALL B**K.. I replaced the started myself and battery to even start so I can drive the vehicle to take it to them. But,after replacing those out of pocket it ended up being electrical and I had no choice but to tow it in. I contacted the complaint **** and they informed to bring it in as an emergency and I did and they got it started. But the check engine light came on and it runs hard but I was told to called and make another appt so they can fix it the right way. I called and explained to the lady and said I know i purchased the vehicle in ******* but ever since i had my vehicle towed to **** cause its closes to me I need an apt there, She said she understood and set me for 8/10/2022 at 9:30am..Cool I was prepared..Now its 8/9/2022 I just called to verify the appt and I'm livid because the appt was to be at **** which I explained while making the appt but she made it for *******, so she transfered me to the **** office and again NO ONE answers I get the same VM which i left messages again!!! I just want my vehicle fixed..I need the over heating issue, ** issue, and the electrical issue fix..I am to the point where either give me another vehicle or just take it back i don't want it if its such a issue to fix before my 24k or 2 yr warranty expires!! I cant keep on leaving my vehicle there and taking time off work..

    We see that the vehicle is in for service. We will see what needs to be done our service records do show you were just in but we need to diagnose the unit to see what is going on. Our sales are final as we have a non refundable policy and it is why we offer a warranty of 24K miles or two years these exceeds all ******* requirements.
